ENiCrMo-3
ENiCrMo-3 type 112 is an electrode that is used to weld nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. Its applications include dissimilar joints between nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys and stainless, carbon, or low alloy steels. It is also used extensively in overlay cladding where similar chemical composition is required on the clad side. This alloy is suitable for applications where the temperature ranges from cryogenic up to 1800⁰F

characteristic:
The welding rod is a coated molten electrode used for arc welding. It consists of two parts: a coating and a welding core.
ENiCrMo-3 is a nickel-based welding electrode with low hydrogen coating. The weld has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance. Weld metal has high strength and good corrosion resistance under room temperature and high temperature conditions. DC reverse connection, good welding process performance, good operability, and good weld-ability in all positions.
Application areas:
ENiCrMo-3 is commonly used for welding high-temperature alloys such as Inconel 625, Inconel 718, and Incoloy 800as well as welding cryogenic steels such as Nickel base alloys.
It is also used for welding dissimilar metals, such as nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to stainless steels and carbon steel welding.
It is ideal for use in high-temperature and high-pressure applications, such as in the aerospace, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
