Product Description:
1J79 is a high saturation magnetic induction soft magnetic nickel alloy, also known as perm-alloy. The corresponding grades are Ni79Mo4, E11c, malloy, permalloy, and 79HM. 1J79 has a face-centered cubic crystal structure with a lattice constant of approximately 0.355nm at a nickel concentration of approximately 80%.
1J79 contains 79-80% nickel alloy with high initial magnetic permeability, maximum magnetic permeability and low coercive force. 1J79 saturation magnetic induction intensity is greater than 0.75T, initial magnetic permeability is greater than 25mH/m, and the maximum magnetic permeability is greater than 125mH/m, coercive force is less than 2.4A/m. 1J79 is a nickel-ferromagnetic alloy with approximately 80% nickel and 20% iron content. Low magnetostriction is critical for industrial applications, allowing it to be used in films where variable stress would otherwise cause dramatic changes in magnetic properties. Depending on the strength and direction of the applied magnetic field, the resistivity of perm-alloy can vary by as much as 5%.
